When life feels more like ‘getting through’ than truly living
Therapy for sensitive, thoughtful people who are ready to stop trying harder — and start understanding why things keep getting stuck.
You may recognise yourself here
That’s not a failure of effort. It’s usually a sign that something deeper needs attention.
You may have read the books, set the goals, tried to push through. And things shift for a while — then settle back. This kind of stuckness usually has roots that aren’t reached by effort alone.
The aim isn’t perfection or constant confidence. It’s a steadier sense of self — and a way of living that genuinely feels like your own.
How we work together
This isn’t about analysing yourself from a distance or finding the right strategy. It’s about developing a real understanding of how you came to be the way you are — and creating conditions for something different to emerge.
Over time, people often find they’re not only thinking about themselves differently — they’re gradually experiencing themselves differently. More trust in their own judgment. Less driven to please. More able to make choices that genuinely fit.
What change can look like
Change in this kind of work tends to be quiet but real. You notice it in small moments — a decision you made without second-guessing yourself, a conversation where you didn’t disappear, a day that felt genuinely okay.
About Kylie
I work with adults who are looking for something more than symptom management — people who want to understand themselves more deeply and find a way of living that feels genuinely sustainable and their own.
My approach is relational, somatic, and compassionate. I draw on an understanding of how early experiences shape the nervous system and the beliefs we carry about ourselves. The work we do together is grounded, warm, and goes at a pace that feels right for you.
I see people for individual therapy in Sydney and online.

If any of this resonates, I’d love to hear from you. I offer a free 20-minute initial conversation so we can get a sense of whether working together feels like a good fit.
